The team is headed by MR ATUL MEHRA, who is the PROMOTER, WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR and CHAIRMAN of the COMPANY. He has vast experience and is considered as an expert in the Dairy Industry.

Mr Atul Mehra is a Mechanical engineer from H.B.T.I., Kanpur and has undergone various courses from different academies which include CPM from IIT Mumbai, Lead Auditor course in Food Safety & HACCP from Bureau of Indian Standards. He is Vice Chairman at state council of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), Life Member of IDA (Indian Dairy Association), member of Indian Packaging Institute and Ex-President of Rotary club of Kanpur Industrial.

Recipient of the coveted Leaders of Tomorrow Award instituted by Indiamart, ET-Now & ORG Nielson. The award was bestowed upon him by then Hon'ble Union Minister of Defence – Government of India Mr P. Chidambaram.
Recipient of the National MSME Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship by Government of India, presented to him by Her Excellency Mrs Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, Hon'ble President of India.

He was invited for a guest lecture on World Standardization Day observed by Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS), India. BIS is the National Standard Body of India under Department of Consumer Affairs of Ministry of Food and Public Distribution of Government of India.

Organized a workshop titled “Success that Succeeds” conducted by renowned motivational and management guru Dr Vijay Chopra.

Organized a workshop titled “O D Alternatives” – an organization that excels in management teachings.

Apart from conducting, organizing successfully various seminars and workshops for prestigious organizations like NDRI, CII etc. Mr Mehra has travelled all over the globe in order to understand different cultures and markets and have also attended various seminars by travelling all over the world.

Mr. Arpit Mehra

He is a graduate in commerce from a leading University in the United Kingdom. After completing his education, he made a place for himself in the Dairy Industry with his brilliant understanding of business process, leadership skills & natural business acumen. His management skills have been largely responsible for overall growth of the company.

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Singh

Extremely trustworthy personnel, apart from being the director, he also heads milk procurement. He is a Graduate of Pant Nagar University and has experience of more than 19 years in various Dairy Units.

Mr. Rakesh Yadav

With his expert knowledge of accounts, he holds the position of CFO in the company. He is a hard worker and a good administrator.

The company qualified for ISI quality certification symbol for its Skimmed Milk Powder – Extra Grade IS 13334 (pt.-2):1992 from Bureau of Indian Standard.
The company received HACCP Warranty Certificate from International Certifications Limited (ICL) for implementing IS-22000:2005 Food Safety Management System and HACCP Warranty norms.
Both our ISO-9001:2000 certificate (certificate enclosed as Annexure – 5) and HACCP Warranty Certificate were renewed by Moody International.

YEAR 2005:

The Company received ISI quality certification symbol for its Milk Powder IS 1165:2002 from Bureau of Indian Standard.

YEAR 2003:

We received ISI quality certification symbol for our Skimmed Milk Powder Standard Grade IS 13334 (Pt.-1): 1998 from Bureau of Indian Standards, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Civil Supplies, Government of India.
The company exceeded its high standard of excellence by successfully receiving ISO-9001:2000 certificate from NQAQSR (Certification agency of JAS-ANZ), thereby becoming the first milk-product manufacturing company in Central Uttar Pradesh (India) to attain this standard of Quality Management System.

YEAR 2002:

We received AGMARK, a symbol of quality certified by Department of Agriculture. Our product Desi Ghee met the required standard of AGMARK (A quality symbol) and Co-operation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Government of India.
